This dish is a rare
indulgence. Inside a light, flaky pastry, double-cream
French Brie is paired with savoury fillings. The Brie is
filled with sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, basil,
caramelized onion, bacon and white truffle oil and Pat's
special spices that impart a taste that is rich,
luscious and flavourful.
It's a pure decadent treat. Baked and served warm.
Accompanied by a super fresh salad mostly grown at the plots.
